Refund & Exchange Policy

- Untimely delivery of products.
- Delivery of damaged products.
- Dispatch at a wrong address due to an inaccuracy in our system.
- Products once opened cannot be returned for a refund.
- If you receive a wrong product ensure that you do not open the packaging and inform us and we will exchange it with the right product
- In the event that you received damaged or spoilt products, we will replace the damaged or spoilt product with a new one.
- Orders can be cancelled only if the customer support team is informed in 24 hours after the order is placed on the website. Once the order is processed for shipping we cannot cancel the order.
Service & Delivery Policy
- Delivery period is 35 to 45 working days from the date of shipping
- Orders are shipped via postal services.
